This beautiful, three bedroom, two full bath townhouse is situated right on Great Bay Beach in a small complex of eleven individual villas with a lovely beach front infinity pool and breathtaking sea view. This gated complex, with full time on site management and night time security guard, is the perfect place to just lounge around on your private lanai or on your elevated deck overlooking the beautiful tropical gardens, or just relax around the pool.
The location is ideal because it is only a short walk into the town of Philipsburg for the shopping area and restaurants, by using either the street or the beach. There are alsp nightclubs and casinos within walking distance so you do not need to rent a car for your whole vacation, but a day trip around the island is highly recommended. Besides relaxing on our gorgeous beach or beach front pool and patio, you can travel to St Barths or Anguilla, which is a short leisurely walk to the marina and a quick 30 minute boat ride away!
Our Villa provides you with all the amenities of home, including a full kitchen. There is also a small food market 1/2 block away and a major supermarket about 1 mile. Your villa is steps away from the best shopping in the Caribbean and arguably the best beaches!
