This beautiful, newly renovated, two bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse is situated right on Great Bay Beach in a small complex of eleven individual villas with a lovely beach front pool and breathtaking ocean view. This gated complex, with full time on site management, is the perfect place to just lounge around on your private lanai or on your elevated deck overlooking the beautiful beach, or just relax around the pool.
The location is ideal because it is only a short walk into the shopping area by using either the street or the beach. There are nightclubs and casinos within walking distance so you do not need to rent a car for the whole week, but a day trip around the island is highly recommended. Besides relaxing by our gorgeous beach or beach side pool and patio, you can travel to St Barts or Anguilla, which is a short leisurely walk to the marina and a quick 30 minute boat ride away!
Our upgraded Villa provides you with all amenities of home while being steps from the best shopping in the Caribbean and arguably the best beaches! Philipsburg is renowned for its duty free shopping which includes but is not limited to jewelry and fine Cuban cigars.
