S., Villa Foxie, 7 - Switzerland August 15 - 22, 2026 Perfect Spot !! The pictures exactly reflect the villa, it is spacious and very colorful. It is situated right in front of the beach and sea, with the swimming pool to the side. My little girls could run from pool to sea and back. Little shop and restaurants near by. You are right on the beach and the pool was right outside our door. We pretty much had exclusive use of the pool since not many people actually used it which was a treat. Onsite manger that was there to greet us, bring newspaper in the morning and say good bye. He also promptly change propane tank when needed. Host gave us a very thorough handout with information about complex and all the beaches, favorite sights and restaurants. All that were excellent choices. We referred to the packet of info throughout our trip. The place was spotless, we saw no bugs, not one. And very comfortable. Quiet end of the beach in Phillipsburg. Great pool and right on the beach. Friendly people in the complex including year round residents that didn’t mind seeing new faces in their small complex. Check in was great because we were greeted upon arrival and were given helpful instructions for our stay. Truly a glorious week for both couples. Serena P.

Sue M., Villa #9 - March 11 - 20, 2026 Best Vacation !! We had the best vacation in St. Maarten stayed once again at The Villas Great Bay. Have vacationed at The Villas many times since 2014. This time, March 2026 for 10 nights, in Villa #9. We loved it! Villa #9 is perfect. We travelled with family. It was great to have privacy on our beautiful lanai, being the end unit, with an extended patio facing the beach. Also loved the side breezeway with the outdoor shower, bbq area and lit garden. Villa #9 is unique. The owner, Luca, offers fantastic customer service and couldn't have been more attentive with our booking. Everything well stocked. Beautiful Villa inside and out. Wally is the Manager and always makes sure you are comfortable. Thank you Luca for everything and helping us make more memories at your beautiful Villa. Can't wait for another vacation at The Villas. The decor and floor plan was refreshing being it was a duplex style set up. He is there to answer any questions, assist you in any way and professional. We have been going to the villas for many years and it’s so nice to see him and others we developed a friendship with. Our recent visit Wally like always makes sure all is set. We left and got to the airport and I realized I forgot my pocketbook at the villa, I was panicked because my passports, credit cards, cash, etc. were in it. My husband called Wally and he found, secured and had a driver bring it to the airport. The owners of the villa should be so pleased and confident to have Wally manage the units. Diamond J, Villa #12 - January 2026 Highly Recommend !! I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to stay in Unit 12 at Villas on Great Bay in Sint Maarten during January. As an airline employee who has traveled all over the world, I can honestly say this property is a rare gem. The unit offers true comfort, cleanliness, relaxation, and feels like a peaceful oasis away from the world. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained—free from debris and thoughtfully cared for. The pool is beautiful and sits just steps from the shoreline, which is one of the highlights of this property. The beach itself is calm, clean, free from peddlers, and has a gentle slope into the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea. The views are spectacular, especially watching the cruise ships arrive, and everything you need—restaurants, bars, and activities—is just a very short walk away, adding adventure and convenience without sacrificing peace and quiet. I also want to highlight the on-site manager, Serge. His hospitality went far beyond expectations. He provided not only excellent customer service, but also a genuine sense of safety and care. Anytime I had questions or concerns, he was calm, kind, and attentive—and often walked me personally to places rather than just giving directions. His gentle manner and approachability truly enhance the experience and make this property feel special. This is truly a special place in the world, and I am so grateful I found it. Diamond J.
Hilary & Barbara R, Villa #2 - January 1 - 9, 2026 Exceptional !! This was a very nice place to stay. The condos are 2 story with 2 bedrooms. Ours had 2 baths while others have one and a half. The condos were well-equipped and are all individually owned by owners who sometimes use them. The Villas are on the beach at the end of Philipsburg, with a easy walk down the beach to the "boardwalk," where the restaurants and shops are located. There is a nice pool near the beach. The view from the room is fantastic That we had to work and didn't have enough time to properly explore the island. We were also surprised by the surcharges for debit card payments on the service.
