April 2011 Melanie – Kirkland Lake, Canada - Well I just returned from St Maarten 3 days ago and I wished I had booked 2 weeks MINIMUM. The location was perfect, not to close to the hustle and bustle of the cruise ship guests and shopping, but was definitely within walking distance, which we did often. I would stay at the villas again without a doubt. Frank was terrific!! We stayed in villa #1 (very private as it's an end unit). Villa #1 could use some updating if you are the type of person that must have high end finishes. When I travel, I think of it as a room to sleep at night, I base my accommodations also on location, beaches, shopping and a pool. Therefore all my expectations were met. You're in St Maarten, and honestly why you want to be in a villa all day when there is beautiful beaches steps away and amazing shopping? LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it and would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks again Frank you were terrific and hope to see you again!!

April 2011 Ann Dreyer – Perfect Villa on the beach! My family stayed in this unit for our spring break in March, 2011. We absolutely loved the unit and had a wonderful time. The owners, Doug and Becky, thought of everything we could possibly need. We were very comfortable and with the beautiful views, even felt pampered all week! The location is perfect- our teenagers could walk to the boardwalk within minutes, and it was close to the dive shop that we used in Simpson Bay. We walked to Suki's store each morning for a fresh baguette to make sandwiches for our daily outing. Some nights, we used the grill to make a meal when we stayed in. I think we ate every single meal out on the patio as it was so pretty. The managers, Frank and Sandy, were outstanding- so helpful and full of information and just great people! We loved everything about St. Maarten and hope to be back. We really enjoyed Orient Beach, Friar's Bay, Bay Rouge, many restaurants in Grand Case, driving around the island and seeing other beaches, and diving with Ocean Explorers. When we do come back, we'd love to stay at the villas again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

January 2011 Shelley – Calgary, AB, Canada - I just wanted to let you know that your facility is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well kept, the units are clean and the management staff are wonderful people. Some of the comforts of home combined with the beauty and adventure that the island has to offer. Being beach front and so close to the boardwalk/marketplace make your location superb. Just minutes away from some of the islands best shopping and a short walk to a beachside boardwalk full of open air restaurants and pubs.I had such a great time there with my friends that I will be returning with my children and some others so that they can all experience what I already have. September 2010 Dan and Jenn - New York, USA - My wife and I went to Sint Maarten for our honeymoon. After looking at many resorts and properties, we decided to stay at the Villas of Great Bay. We could not have been happier with our decision. The property managers, Frank and Sandy, made our experience wonderful. They were very knowledgeable about the area, and provided us with all kinds of recommendations for making the most of our week. They even took care of the reservations for the activities that we wanted to do. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the villa. It was very clean, and stocked with snacks and beverages. The location is great because downtown Phillipsburg is just a few short block away. In the evening, it was relaxing to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the cruise ships in port. My wife and I have agreed that we will be staying at the Villas on Great Bay when we visit the Friendly Island again. Thank you for a vacation we will never forget. Dan and Jenn
